Hi, I'm looking to find a warm-hearted man that knows how to have a good time even without a dime in his pocket. I like men that are nice to children, polite to strangers and kind to the elderly. Its never a good sign when the person you are with is cussing out people you encounter left and right just because things don't go their way. Men who can lend a helping hand to others and take the extra time it takes to understand a problem get big brownie points. Having superior cooking and handy man skills around the house are not a must but are definitely a plus. He would need to have a good sense of humor that could make me smile even when I'm having a rotten day and vice-versa. I want us to be able to understand each other without having to have it out on a nightly basis. I want us to have similar interests and value the differences in each other and be open to learning new thing from each other. It would be great to have someone to travel and have new experiences with. I want a guy who isn't afraid to show me who he really is and what he really thinks. Ultimately I want him to be my best friend give have my back and for us to be happy together and give each other butterflies forever.

I was born and raised in VA/ DC Metro Area. I have a BA in Communications/PR & a Minor in Business from GMU. I currently work in D.C. as a government contractor and I love my job.I like the outdoors and spending time with loved ones. I would like to try hiking and rock climbing, depending on the height of the rock. I love to sing, dance, and listen to all types of music genres. I want to learn how to play guitar. I'm really into fashion. I like getting dolled up for nights out, and going natural on Sundays. I LOVE working out and trying new sports such as SNOWBOARDING and BOXING! I like ballet and would love to pursue it as a hobby someday. I love to shop, and explore new places (cautiously). I like cooking, meeting new people and being adventurous and facing my fears. I would love to go skydiving at some point in the near future, while I still have the nerve. I worked w/ animals for about 5 years, so I'm not afraid to get dirty. I'm into making myself be a better person. I recently quit smoking, and that's been hard, but I'm not giving up!. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I will tell you how I feel. I like taking road trips, which happens more often than not because my sense of direction sucks. Thank God for GPS. Purple is my favorite color. I don't take myself too seriously, but I do take relationships seriously. My guy needs to make me feel safe, in order for me to stick around. I value my friends and family a great deal and would love to make new friends too through my mate if possible.

I rebel against the laws of grammar spelling,..but this isn't graded, is it? I still like to fly kites on the beach. I really miss the beach. I consider myself to be super easy going and I love to joke around, so you'll need a thick skin. I have one older sister, and a new nephew, he's 9 moths old :o)I love animals but don't have any animals of my own at the moment. I plan to live in the area for at least a few more years. I love the OBX and being near the ocean and water and definitely plan to retire at a beach or lake house someday. I very close with my family and wouldn't be the person I am today without them.
