So....Here I am again! This is my second attempt at Match. First time didn't really work for me, but figured I'd give it another try. I don't do the club or bar scene so this is an easy way to meet people. I am a single female looking for a decent single guy. That's it! Planin and simple! He doesn't have to be Prince Charming, but if he turns out to be, well.... that's even better.
I'm easy-going, get along with almost anybody, like to be home (but not a homebody), will try almost anything at least once, and pretty laid back. I like all kinds of music, except rap. Same goes for movies .
I am the proud mother of two wonderful men aged 23 and 28. And the grandmother of two precious grandchildren aged 2 and 4. My kids are grown and out on their own now, so I have alot of time for myself now. I work alot of hours because I choose too, but am able to adjust my schedule pretty easily to suit my needs. My plan is to retire in about four years, so I'm putting in the hours now.
I have a turtle named Archie who I found about 20 years ago. She doesn't do much but pretty cool to have. I also have two dogs ages 5 and 15. They are my everyday companions and I spoil them. The younger one likes to go for walks so I try to take her out at least a few times a week.
I want to find that special someone that gives me butterflies whenever I'm around him and makes me smile from ear to ear whenever I hear his voice. Someone that can't wait to see me again even if he just left me. Someone that enjoys spending time together as a couple, but is mature and secure enough to spend time with his friends doing "guy" things and I with my friends doing 'girl" things. Hopefully someone to grow old with. I know that this takes time so I'm willing to invest the time and effort in dating until someone compatible comes along. Hopefully I won't have to be kissing too many frogs 'til i find him.
