I grew up in New York, went to college at University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and then moved to Colorado 11 years ago. Pretty quickly I figured out this was the place for me and traded in my East Coast skis for some powder skis so I could experience everything that Colorado has to offer… hut trips, camping, midnight snowshoes, wine bike tours, etc!
After deciding this was my home, two years ago I took the plunge and opened my own business, an arts center just outside of Vail. It’s a lot of hats to juggle, being a new business owner, an artist, and a teacher, but I absolutely love what I do and finally knowing “what I want to be when I grow up”. Sometimes I reflect on a full day of painting, teaching ceramics to a class full of kids, and then instructing a cocktails & canvas class, and know I’m lucky to have found a job so fulfilling. I had to put my social life on hold for a little while, but now it’s time to find some balance in my life again and have some fun.
What I’m looking for… someone who is down to earth, has a sense of humor, an outgoing personality, and someone who keeps me on my toes. If you're a project kind of person, always looking to improve things and work hard then we'll definitely get along. I’m always in for any activity in the fresh air, or even a friendly competition to keep things interesting. I am looking for a loving and trusting relationship, one where we complement each other and can be completely ourselves around each other. I do work a lot because of my business, so hopefully you're also an independent person happy to spend some time apart doing the things you love. Sound like you? I hope so!
