My kids are the most important things to me, and my top priority!
I am grateful for a supportive family. My sister is my best friend and confidant even though she lives in Michigan! I love to laugh, and can laugh at myself. I like people who laugh and smile easily with a sense of humor and an easy going attitude, also an optimistic attitude is a must, life is too short to waste time on pessimism! I enjoy trying new things. I am excited about my new life, but sad my son decided to live with his dad, I understand that being 15 he doesn't want to live with 3 girls :) But I do get to see him frequently!
Even though divorced I still believe in "happily ever after", my parents have been married for 56 years, my sister for 35, and my brother 29 years, I guess I'm the "black sheep". I have lived in Colorado for 4 years and don't ever want to leave, I love checking out the mountains every day, they are always changing. Being form Michigan I love water, lakes... but the mountains win hands down!
After being on here a short time, I can say: I am not looking for a one night stand, nor am I in a rush to be / or get remarried. I think a lasting relationship starts with friendship, and of course attraction. I know we all have baggage/drama but believe its more important to look at how we handle that baggage then its existence.
