First and foremost I’m a devoted and active mom. I also consider myself honest, sincere, appreciative, smart, competitive, down to earth, classy (with a twist), a bit opinionated at times (just being honest), family oriented and a great friend. I absolutely love music…my “go to” is usually country, but I appreciate all genres. If there’s live music involved…I’m in. I love to travel near and far…basically anywhere I haven’t been or experienced…I wanna go! Sand and sun are a definite favorite, but I also like to explore a bit as well. I enjoy dining out (Italian anyone?), but am also in my happy place when I’m in the kitchen cooking or baking for my family or a gathering with friends (disclaimer…I can’t grill worth a damn). I have a career I enjoy, but ultimately look forward to the weekend. I’m normally a planner (all about the details) but have had some of the most fun when it’s unplanned and spontaneous! I’m happy in my life as is, but as my kids are getting older (18 and 15) I find myself with time on my hands and look forward to my next chapter. I’m not interested in “a good time” or casual dating. I'm also not looking to get married in the near future. Somewhere in the middle would be perfect! I appreciate a fun night out on the town…but at the end of the day it’s the little things in life that mean the most to me. That’s not to say I don’t appreciate being wined, dined and pampered once in awhile (what girl doesn't)…but I also don’t consider myself high maintenance. I’m not perfect, no one is, but I’m looking for the total package that compliments me – just as I would like to compliment someone else.
I’m looking for someone with similar values, characteristics and interests, but I also look forward to learning, growing and experiencing new things through someone else’s eyes. A man in a suit will catch my eye, but jeans and a hoody are equally as attractive. I’m attracted to confidence and turned off by arrogance. I’m all about a man who can socialize comfortably in a professional setting, but would rather be at a ballgame, concert, cookout or curled up on the couch with a fire nearby. I look forward to meeting a man who makes me smile, laugh and has me looking forward to the next time we can see each other. I‘m extremely close to my family and would love to meet someone who values family as much me (and who would eventually mesh with my friends, family and kids). Looks are not everything (the older you get the more that becomes a reality) but mutual attraction and passion (through appearance and personality) are a must!!
