I moved to SF from Europe 8 months ago. After 2 years I got bored with Zurich and decided to try something new. I am engineer, working for one of the companies on the peninsula.
I love sports. Mostly cycling and running but I'll do anything that involves getting tired. When I'm not working and not doing sports I watch a lot of movies (somehow less lately) and shows, read and consume beer. Or just drive around on a motorycle.
A few years ago I decided to go vegeatarian, for no good reason. It lasted for about 2.5 years and then, again for no good reason, I started eating meat. There's been a few things I've been doing a lot until I stopped one day.
I like being out. Going out for food, drinks and live music. However, I don't really like "partying hard" anymore - it requires a really good reason for me to sacrifice the next day for a party. I'm rarely serious and more relaxed than I consider reasonable (eg, after 8 months I still have very little furniture - I'm still waiting for the day when I feel I should do something about it). But don't worry - I'm not a slacker and I usually deliver.
Two things people often say about me is that I'm smart (I'm not so sure about that, but I humbly accept the praise) and funny (I do try hard).
Oh, and one more thing: I'm 6'5" and I have an accent so I guess you should be OK with both.
