I love the simple things in life- making sure the light in the refrigerator goes out when you close the door, collecting things with fuzz, hiding under my bed, talking to the voices in my head, swallowing office supplies, sleeping late. I love fresh picked wild flowers verses the florist and written letters verses hallmark. I like simplistic surprises. Life is hard- I believe we should all laugh often. I value my family and the people in my life very much, as life is extremely fragile. I love my job…most of the time. There’s never a dull moment in Emergency. Live Simply, Laugh Often, Love Deeply.
I was born in Savannah, Georgia and raised in Northeast Florida. My two youngest daughters and I moved out here last summer on a job assignment, and I knew right away this was it! I am kind of old fashioned when it comes to dating or maybe it’s just the southern roots. I truly appreciate it when a man opens doors for me, is first to call, and initiates advancement in the relationship. I value trust in a relationship and I feel it’s like a piece of paper; once crumpled, it can never be perfect again.
