The first thing people notice about me is my sense of humor - sarcastic but good-natured. Occasionally, it can come across the wrong way, of course, but I'm very kind at heart. I'm occasionally outgoing; sometimes I'm in that mood. Humor is a great way to meet people and start a good conversation.
I love traveling, and really want to do more of it. I've been to a few places around the USA, but always on business - so it's a big goal in my life to be able to travel. Especially to Ireland, Scotland, Paris, London, China, and a few other places. I keep adding places to my list - now I need someone to go with!
Recently I've started to get out more and experience the world. Recently I started learning how to snowboard; next is hiking, camping, and photography.
I'd like to meet some new friends and get into some adventures - expand my comfort zone, if you will. If something special develops, so much the better. I'm not necessarily looking for anything right away, but I'm in a good place in my life, so that's a welcome possibility.
I'm kind of old fashioned when it comes to dating. I do open doors, I do call when I say I will, and I always say what I mean. The regrets in life are the things you didn't say and the things you didn't do - I'd rather take a chance than regret it later.
In general, I'm not an especially picky person. When I meet someone I like, I know it - and you'll know it too. A sense of humor and ability to carry a conversation are must-haves. A good personality is not about looks - it's about beauty (bonus points if you understand what I mean by that).
