I am originally from outside Washington, D.C. and just moved to New Hampshire to teach. I teach math at a boarding school, which I love, but I spend the summers back in DC.
I enjoy staying active and exploring the outdoors. I played soccer in college, but now my sport has become running- I love racing any distance from a 5k to Half-marathon. I'm always looking for running partners! I come from an athletic family in which my three brothers all play college sports and my parents own an athletic training center. Obviously, it's a big part of my life!
In addition to teaching and running, I spend my free time playing with my dog (a rescue pup), connecting with family and friends, and exploring new places. I've visited or lived in Europe, Africa, Central America, and South America. I love visiting new parts of the U.S. too. A highlight was a 10 day trip out west to visit Zion, Bryce, the Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde, Canyonlands, Moab, Lake Powell, and Four Corners.
As I mentioned, I teach and am pursuing a master's in education. It's a busy life, but I think I can make time for you :)
