I think it is much more challenging to describe yourself on an online dating site than writing a one page personal statement for graduate school, residency or fellowship application!
I grew up in the pacific northwest, went to washington dc for graduate school, lived in norcal for a few years, then moved to the famous jersey shore for the past 4 years, now finally moving back to the awesome west coast!! after all, I consider myself a typical laidback west coast guy, someone who's very soft spoken and easy going!
I enjoy the typical outdoor stuff like backpacking, camping and hiking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter time. I have traveled to asia and europe before and really want to explore south/central america as my next adventure!
