I'm a born and bred Indiana girl but adopted California as home 8 years ago. I grew up in a really small town and I'm pretty sure my dad is secretly disappointed that I'm such a city girl now. Finished my MBA in 2010 and now I work for an online marketing company. In a previous life I was a sales rep for a railroad. Yes, you read that right - a railroad. Needless to say, grad school was great for a career transition.
I try to travel as much as possible. I spent the first half of 2009 living in Denmark and traveling around Europe. I went to Tokyo a couple years ago and just got back from Kenya (one of the most insane experiences of my life, in a good way). I get a little stir-crazy if I don't get away every once in a while.
I'm also a bit of a nerd and I like to know the answer to every question. My old roommate used to call me Kelly-pedia. Honestly not sure how I functioned without my smart phone - thank God for unlimited data plans.
