I'm a 32 year old San Diego native working as a 3D artist on a very popular video game here in LA. I lived in Tokyo Japan for 4 years working as an English teacher before coming back to San Diego to work as a Japanese translator (I'm fluent in Japanese) for video games at Sony for about another 4 years. Decided to get into the art side of games about 5 years ago and went back to art school. Since getting my BA last year, work has led me to LA where all the jobs are.
I've never really had trouble meeting people in the past but since moving up here last September I find myself in an endless cycle of driving 2 blocks to work, work, drive back home and do it again, not the best way to meet people right? I'm not sure this is the best way to meet people or not either but figured it's worth a try! I'm a very laid back person so feel free to ask me anything!
