A good friend once asked me if I thought my love story would be more like "When Harry Met Sally" or "You've Got Mail." Guess which one I chose?
I have practically lived in the Los Angeles area all my life, minus the time I spent in the bay area for college. I love socal- the weather, the people and the lifestyle. I love to travel and experience new things. I studied abroad in Denmark for a summer, and subsequently traveled around Finland and Sweden. I hiked the Great Wall, ATV'ed in Pismo Beach, skydived in San Diego, white water rafted in Kern River, surfed and zip lined in Hawaii, rappelled and zip lined again in Costa Rica, bouldered at Joshua Tree and there is much more I wish to add to that list! There is nothing I won't try at least once, except maybe bungee jumping.
When I'm not adventure seeking, I'm recharging my batteries for the next big event. It can be catching that movie I've been wanting to see, catching up on sleep, having a good one on one conversation with a good friend, trying out a new recipe (cooking is therapeutic for me), or doing absolutely nothing. I am quite competitive. I like to test my physical limits. I recently started crossfit and I absolutely love it!
My parents raised me and my sisters with the strong/independent mentality. I don't like to show signs of weakness, but under this tough exterior, I'm really a big softy. I'm always planning something, whether it is a trip, a simple get together, my future plans or a personal side project. I have lots of random ideas that unfortunately are just that, ideas that never really materialize due to lack of time or maybe because I'm just a dreamer. I am ambitious, so hopefully you are too. I've never been one to date around. I'm looking to meet someone who will make me smile when I hear those three little words; that is, you've got mail, of course!
