I hate writing "about me" things. For one writing is not my forte and I never know what to say about myself.
Well for starters I moved to LA from Ohio about a year ago and I am absolutely loving it. I have met some amazing people already (and I hope that I continue to do so). I love where I live, I love my job and I love the weather. I must say I don't have much to complain about these days. Since moving to LA I am trying to be as active as I can since the weather is always nice. I love being outside whether its taking a nice long walk through my neighbor hood, hiking , a farmer's market. the swap meet on Melrose or laying at the beach/pool. I must warn you now though I do not play sports or like any extreme activities.
I love to eat and explore different restaurants and different kinds of food..however I wouldn't call myself an exceptional cook.A great dinner and a good glass of wine would probably be one of my favorite ways to spend an evening (as long as that includes some good company as well). I like to surround myself with people who are grounded, funny and know what they want out of this life (since its way to short). I don't want to deal with anyone who is fake, conceited or just out for themselves ( all relationships are a give and take and there is no exception to that).
You should know my family are the core of my existence.We are all very close and I try to spend as much time with them as I can. This is a lot harder now that I have moved to the west coast. Luckily for me my brother is here in LAl and he is my best friend. I don't know what I would do with out him in my life.
I am a mid western girl and have mid western values and this is not going to change no matter how long I am here for. With that being said if you are looking for a one night stand or expect that I will go home with you after one date (or even 3)...don't even bother.I am also not looking for anyone who only hangs out in the club scene, its fun to go once in awhile but if thats all you are about this would never work.
I'm hoping to find someone my speed -- not too fast, not too slow. Someone who will make me laugh. Enjoys traveling, enjoys the simple as well as the finer things in life, a communicator and someone that will hold my hand..
Must Haves: Funny, Easy going, A Job (you don't have to be making millions but I am hardworking and driven and I expect the same out of someone else).
