Ok, about me… well of course like all other girls on here I’m laid back, easy going, positive, have a great sense of humor, enjoy going out as well as spending time at home, I love my kids, I love being outside, I love sports . Ok so now that I have just made myself sound like every other chic profile its time to change things up.
My sense of humor can be twisted from time to time. I love sarcasm and I can dish it out as well as I can take it. Laughing and cutting up is one of my favorite pastimes! I’ve seen how life can up and change on a dime and firmly believe you just have to roll with it. Of course I like going out… who doesn’t? Where do I like to go? I can honestly have fun in the worst of hole in the wall bars to the best of fine dining but totally prefer a nice outdoor patio with some live music. At home I tend to throw on some good tunes, grab a drink and dance around the kitchen or hang out on the street with my fabulous neighbors. I’m pretty simple. Sports… I LOVE tennis and play year round on THE BEST ALTA team EVER! I play baseball, soccer and basketball with my boys. Guys- I am not a football fan, not even going to lie. NOT A FAN. But, I do understand that Football Sundays for most guys, are devoted to that. I totally get it and appreciate your love for it, have at it. I’ll be at tennis anyways. On occasion you may be able to convince me to sit and watch it with you; honestly it will probably take a few beers though. That being said I actually can enjoy going to a game. That goes for all sports really. Georgia Dawgs…ummm not a fan of UGA either. I went to UT and my family is all about University of MI. Love being outside- yes I do. This does not mean I’m an avid hiker. I’ll go for a hike if there is a destination in mind but wondering through the woods blindly looking at rocks and trees for hours…not something that’s on my weekend bucket list. Not saying I won’t ever go if you are fun to be with. And you better make me laugh the whole time. I’m a beach girl. I don’t mean the kind that just plants in the sand and lays there tanning. I like to play in the surf, look for shells, walk the sandbars and explore. But I can also just sit and stare at the waves for hours having fun conversation or just being silent taking it all in. I realized last summer that racing wave runners at sunset is one of the most exhilarating things ever. If I could be on the water every day I would. Fitness- I love to run. Yoga- I don’t think there is a better work out for your body and mind. I do some weights simply because I like the fact that I can rock a forehand better and also run longer and harder with some muscle than without. Not a gym rat though. Also I know my way around Home Depot and Lowes better than the mall. I love power tools and love to build things!
Relationship… I’ve been hurt pretty good and probably…well ok I do have some trust issues. I’m not “looking for a relationship” but I’m open to one if it develops. I will be slower to fully trust you. I apologize in advance. I’m super affectionate and LOVE kissing, cuddling, holding hands and sweet hugs. I want someone I can laugh with and talk to for hours even if it’s about nothing. The girl in me wants that fairytale love; the woman in me is enjoying her independence and thinks fairytales are for girls. Trying to find the right balance is key I guess when the right guy comes along it will all fall into place.
What I want?
Someone to take out the trash, looks hot mowing the grass shirtless, masters the perfect filet on the grill, brings me coffee in bed, puts the toilet seat down and doesn’t leave his toothpaste spit in the sink. LOL, ok honestly all that would be fabulous but in the real world there is a song by Hunter Hayes called “Wanted”.
I do get that texting is the new dating but I’m a bit old fashioned and prefer to talk to someone.
