Essay:
NYC transplant. I moved to California for college (studied chemistry) and haven't looked back. I've been known to be sarcastic. I like the outdoors but an apartment in a big city has always been my home. I'm generally an out-going person who likes to get out and do stuff (mostly on the weekends) whether its trying a new restaurant or going for a walk on Lands End. I drink coffee but I'm not (completely) addicted. I like to cook but could use some new recipes, and someone fun to cook with/for. I'm an ex-collegiate athlete (tennis), a post-college runner, and enjoy most sports/outdoor activities (skiing, scuba diving, hiking, and recently road biking) I've run a handful of half marathons in the past few years and almost always have an upcoming race on calendar. If we're not doing something outdoors, I'll probably suggest we play some Scrabble or Connect Four. I might get a little competitive. If its the right time of day, this will usually involve a glass or two of wine (but I'm a lightweight so not much more). I want to explore San Francisco/Bay Area, try more restaurants, see more places, visit new neighborhoods, and make the most of our awesome city. Annnnd some random facts: 2 older brothers, allergic to peanuts, want to go to Hawaii some time, hate free fall, love snoozing the alarm.
