ABOUT ME
Some of my favorite keywords are interesting and fun. I love reading, adventures both close to home and not, children (both other people's and the ones I want to have one day), healthy cooking, watching The West Wing or Xena on Netflix, and reading five books at once. I also love my business which involves writing, editing, blogging, and other things. I pray to the universe. I believe it hears me and listens.
I'm not a "bar girl" which makes meeting women in South Florida like a game of hide and seek! I much prefer to chat with you and get to know you in a cozy, laid-back, smokeless environment!
Family and friends are very important to me. Actually, my friends are the family I've chosen. Heaven for me is anywhere at books.
Right now, I'm very committed to my health and try to go walking about five miles a day. I also like taking my camera with me and documenting what I see - horses in pastures, sunsets, random doggies saying hi. I never knew that one of the best roads to walk on was so close to my house. (I'm hoping for the same kind of accidental luck in love.)
I have been involved with people of both genders, but I am a very committed and loyal partner and friend. I'm looking for a substantive one-on-one relationship with the right person, but I'm always on the watch for new friends and kindred spirits.
My friends say that I'm very down-to-earth, smart, and loyal. I'm proud of the fact that I can keep friends for decades, and even prouder of my seventy-something year old uncle who just found love after finding that he wanted to be a buddist. Life never stops being interesting or surprising.
