I'm super sweet and a nurturer by nature. I've been told I have my grandfather's gentle spirit which is the best compliment I could ever receive as he was an incredibly kind, humble, loving human being. By the person who's known me best, the top three adjectives to describe me are benevolent, intelligent and beautiful. I'd also consider myself adventurous, artistic, playful and curious. I'll never get enough of seeing the world and trying out new adventures, and yet I also have huge adoration for SF and have had so much fun living here and being part of this city's amazing traditions like B2B and Fleet Week. I studied history at Cal intending to teach, but life took big twists and turns and I now work in wealth management. I also do freelance photography, shooting portraits, events, and several weddings recently. I'm taking art classes and enjoy spending quiet downtime attempting to draw and paint. Other activities I really like are indoor climbing, hot yoga, being on a surf board, trails, and getting out on my road bike... I love it when I meet someone who's passionate about some sharable activity (music, sailing, anything) as their excitement is contagious. I hope to meet someone who's passionate about what they do, yet down to try anything -- someone who can be spontaneous at times, who I can enjoy activities and new experiences with, and continuously brainstorm and spearhead new adventures with throughout SF and across the globe. With work and all we can't always be on the go though, and so I hope to meet someone I'll feel content cozied up next to on the couch watching 60 Minutes followed by The Bachelor on DVR, being able to talk and laugh about just about anything together. Most simply put, I'm looking for my Best Friend. I'm open minded as to who this may be, but definitely have a number of dealbreakers when it comes to dating and relationships. I know exactly what I want ultimately though, and that is a wonderful man with a good head on his shoulders and big heart, who will be a wonderful lover and great role model as a dad. I've given my ideal match an incredible amount of thought and have a strong sense of which personality traits really mesh well with mine. With the wisdom I've gained on compatibility over the years (through observing my parents, grandparents, and relationships), I have every hope to find a person I can make a strong team with and really work well with, to build a life of happiness, stability and love together. I'd love to find someone who feels they're beyond ready to start a life dedicated to one person and one shared dream. In all cheesiness, yet absolute sincerity, I want a love that makes the storybooks jealous... A sappy romantic guy would be a nice plus. Additional plusses: Nerdy, well traveled, dog lover, country music listener, outdoorsy, witty in a goofy/silly way more so than crass or dark, and having an easy smile. Humble, compassionate, positive, with gratitude in life in general, easy-going yet ambitious, picking battles/not sweating small stuff, confident, great in communicating, constructive in criticism rather than judgmental, generous, playful, reliable, caring, and thoughtful are amazing attributes to have. Minuses would go to someone very into the bar scene who does the same drinking routine every weekend. That doesn't appeal to me. I do love happy hours and bar nights out with friends, but I prefer more variety. I'm also Not very interested in very materialistic people, or those overly concerned with status, prestige and how others perceive them. Cocky, condescending and rude are no-gos. Passive aggressive or outright aggressive are immediate turnoffs. If you have muscles because you're training for a triathlon or some sport I can totally appreciate that, but I'm not into guys who like to be buff just for the sake of it. I'm not a fan of body art or piercings, sorry. If you hate your career, that is a major minus. Bonus if you made it through this entire section.
