Work hard, play hard, love hard....that's my motto :) I prefer to live life with a smile and a glass half full attitude. Laughter is the best medicine, along with a healthy lifestyle of course. I work out daily typically cross training. All things in moderation more or less but I don't go for junk food.
Having grown up on the beaches of Southern California, I love the boating lifestyle Southern Florida has to offer. My teen daughter has basically grown up on a boat, weekends usually include some form of water sports.
Grateful for a large circle of friends and family and treasure the simple moments spent enjoying the time together over good food and wine or whatever activity. Anything is enriched when you add great company :)
