I would like to meet a down to earth, selfless, usually happy, funny, church-going (a christian of course), great conversationalist and health-conscious physcially fit guy. Serious about the great conversationalist part as I find a guy's brain just as attractive as his physically fit body. I am a young-looking 45 and take my health seriously with how I live my life. I am a medical professional so I work, read, and sleep. I do spend some time with friends but do not make bar appearances. However I cannot help but stop in Nola's or the James Street Tavern on the North Side for jazz or blues music on occasion. I do love my private time but would like to have less of it lately.
I really want to take my efforts seriously after overcoming my fears of "match.". I have been single for over two years although I have casually dated but nothing I have found has made me want to see it last. I would like to really meet someone just like me although I cannot easily explain this to anyone. I am quite conservative and do not waver on that very much and I just do not have it in me to initiate asking a guy out. I would rather wait for you guys that say you are old fashioned to make the first move.
