My friends say that I have many modern attributes but when it comes to dating, I am somewhat old-fashioned. I like for a man to open my door, be the first to call and to initiate planning time together. I love for a man to be romantic at heart. Being romantic can mean becoming playful toward one another as well as a simple flower given spontanously. Of course, candelight dinners and romantic get aways are a plus in a relationship as well.
I am very passionate about my family. I am attracted to a "family man." A man who knows how to balance time at work and time with his family and loved ones. He is to be ambitious, intelligent and confident. I also love a man with a great sense of humor. I love when a man can be confident in himself while able to stop and laugh at himself as well. Laughter is a key element in the balance of everyday living.
I love to travel and experience new cultures. I spend a lot of time cruising and enjoy the planning process as much as the vacation itself. I guess you could say I am a planner. I like organization and agendas. However, if the plan is deviated somewhat, it is not a crisis. I can adjust and live spontanously as well. Often, the trips where you get in the car and drive are the most exciting and memoriable ones.
I also love boating, camping and just about any outdoor activity. I spend alot of time in the summer houseboating with friends on Dale Hollow. There is nothing better than a summer day on the water!
