Runner, rebel, stunner. Hates SportsCenter, IPAs and the NBA; loves Peyton Manning commercials, non-fiction books and hockey.
Nine to five, I'm a marketing coordinator dragging the legal industry kicking and screaming into the 18th century. In the other 16-some hours of the day, I'm working/pretending to work on graduate school applications, reading, writing, watching Netflix and/or grabbing drinks with friends – which is to say doing the exact same things every other 20-something does. I'm convinced laughter, good beer and better company can solve [most of] the world's problems, and I indulge in all three on a regular basis.
Live music and dive bars are a staple of my social life; frequent road trips – watching pond hockey in Michigan, camping in Maryland, rocking out at Bonnaroo, making friends at the Kentucky Derby – are a close second. I have a near-insatiable thirst for knowledge, which explains my propensity for reading non-fiction/dominating bar trivia.
I like intellectual "guy's guys" who are as comfortable shooting pool with buddies on Thursday as they are taking in a show with me on Friday. Ultimately, though, it's about complementing (not completing) each other; I'm looking for someone who makes my best better, and for whom I can do the same.
