Let me preface this by saying intros to dating profile are not my forte.
I grew up in Connecticut. I also lived in San Diego for 12 years, and have been back in NYC for 10.
I'm 39, and have been fairly lucky in life and haven't had to worry for much. I don't take things for granted and appreciate most everything.
I would love to travel more and would like to meet someone to do that with.
I think my friends would describe me as caring, compassionate, funny, sensitive, sweet, and an all around good guy. I've had two serious relationships in my life, and have learned a lot, sometimes more than I feel necessary, but, have never lost faith in the fact that there is a great fit out there for me somewhere. I'm hoping to meet someone who doesn't buy into all the NYC BS, can keep stuff real, be romantic and most importantly laugh their you know what off. I think chemistry is obviously a must and from lessons learned, getting to know one another over time. See where things go. Kind of a hopeless romantic and working on keeping that tame.
