Just moved to LA to work on my next book. Don't worry, it's not a screenplay! I am an author of non-fiction books.
And somehow, some TV folks got a hold of my last book, and now want me to develop a reality TV show. So it's official, I am a fish out of water. What the hell do I know about hollywood?! But I do love the people, the warm weather, and the ocean.
That said, my southern roots are hard to shake. Dying to find some good BBQ restaurants in LA. So far my favorite it Baby Blue BBQ in Venice. Big fan of tennis and basketball, and am at the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Despite how many people rave about yoga and pilates, I'm embarrassed to say I still haven't tried it yet. Really don't have a (physical) type, but prefer women that are confident, silly, creative, in-shape, warm-hearted, and even a tiny bit sarcastic. Most of all looking for someone that's truly comfortable in her own skin. For me it all comes down to one word, "Chemistry." So easy to say, so hard to find.
