Im loud and outgoing. So shy people & I don't always mesh well but everything's worth a shot. I Love SPORTS! I can't date a guy who refuses go to a bar with me for beers & games. HUGE LAKERS FAN, ANGELS, GREEN BAY. I'm the type of girl that will leave a note on your car saying "Have a good day" just because. So I'd enjoy little thoughtful gestures as well :) My friends tell me I'm the most caring & considerate person they know, especially as a girlfriend. I believe in being my significant others #1 supporter & motivater! If something is important to you it should be important to me as well. If you're working towards achieving a goal, I will motivate you to the best of my ability, and I expect the same.
I'm passionate about school and my career. I'm a psych major w/ plans on getting my Ph.D in clinical psych. My goal(s) is to work for the V.A while I'm in the process of establishing my OWN practice. My life goal is to eventually open up a shelter for battered women/children, because I'm always trying to help others & I love to make others happy. Friends & fam say its finally time I let someone do the same for me.
I'm very strong minded. I am not a chivalry freak, its the 21st century, I can open my own car door but if a man prides himself in being a gentleman even better ;). My life has not always been the easiest and Ive fought for almost everything I have, so I want someone who has had similar experiences or who truly appreciates my endurance. I don't want a macho man, who believes in old gender role ideologies. A woman's "place" is where she chooses it to be. I want a man who doesn't mind washing dishes, cooking, holding my hand in public etc. Someone who can enjoy an outting just as much as staying in.
I laugh at the weirdest and simplest things sometimes & often talk in movie quotes. Sometimes I start doing weird dances in the car & in public to any music that's playing. Im super sarcastic & need a partner in crime. I am anything but quiet, shy and ordinary, I'm just trying to find someone who absolutely loves that about me, someone who will laugh @ me if I trip & fall & let's me do the same ;)
