Hi there. To be upfront, I am divorced and I have a beautiful son - 5 years old. Awesome, smart, fun kid. Proud he's mine. No drama, friendly with ex. At a point in my life where I am wholeheartedly looking forward to the path ahead.

I am a floral designer, I have my own small business doing flowers for events, weddings, parties etc. fun fact: I have performed with a ridiculous sketch comedy group in NYC for the last 10 years - i am a singer - studied musical theatre in college and I am always asked to sing at friends's weddings. And asked to do their flowers. I can't say no. I'm a darn good cook, adore my herb garden, love to decorate a room, can throw a dinner party or BBQ, mix up some killer cocktails (aside from her known ability to make staffers cry - I think Martha Stewart and I would get along pretty well). I love movies, trying new restaurants, trying new recipes, seeing new places and traveling. Cooking with a glass of wine in hand is relaxing to me. Walking with my dog - a chocolate lab - makes me happy! I love Thai food, Indian food, bold flavors, but burgers and fries are great too. I like scotch or a good bourbon on ice over a fruity cocktail any day.
I tend to be rather independent and like learning how to do things myself, I have never hired painters to paint a room, I do it, and do it well. I am pretty handy, know how to use a hammer and a drill, have changed my own locks - me and Bob Villa would get along too!
I consider myself to be honest, genuine and kind hearted. Looking for someone with those same qualities I suppose. Honesty and mutual respect are key. I want to be with someone where we can be best friends, love, respect and enjoy spending time with each other's friends and family. Laugh till it hurts, to know we are always there for each other for whatever it is - something serious or the everyday mundane stuff. And I also want (big deal here) that there is real chemistry in the intimacy department - where we want to tear each other's clothes off - and often! Someone with a great sense of humor, who can laugh at himself and me. I am affectionate and like to do nice things for the one I'm with. I'll make your birthday a big deal and remember the little things that make you happy. Sometimes the little gestures mean the most. I like to plan something fun for a night on the town, get dressed up and wow my guy but I just as much enjoy hanging out on the couch in jeans watching a movie or a game. I am a girl who likes to watch sports/go to games, don't mind getting dirty in the yard - if it ruins my manicure - who cares. I like to have fun and enjoy this crazy life. It would be great to find someone to share the ride with.
