Like many others in this city, I am not from DC originally but fell in love with the city and intend to stay for the foreseeable future. I love my job and have found a great group of friends to spend my time with whether it be partaking in a local pub trivia night, hitting up a local comedy show or music venue, or staying in and playing xbox kinect (watching people try and run hurdles in the sports game is pretty hilarious).
When I’m alone I like to spend my time walking/biking around the city, reading a book, or catching up on tv shows. I tend to wait until a show is a few seasons in before I start watching so I don’t have to wait a week to find out what happens next; who has the patience for that? I also love traveling, both locally and internationally. I recently traveled to India and love to swap travel stories. I'm hoping to get scuba certified this summer so my next trip can involve an underwater adventure.
