I am a fun loving and adventurous person, who loves most outdoor activities. I especially love being a cowgirl, although I've never owned my own horse. I am very sacrastic and goofy, but my friends would describe me as honest and faithful to the end.
I am the director of catering at a hotel in Boulder, CO, and sometimes work long hours, and like to fill my off time with adventure, when possible. I am an introvert with new people, and an extrovert around close friends. But I am independent, and driven, and work hard at anything I put my mind to.
I don't know many people in Boulder yet, but so far, I feel overwhelmed that there are a lot of people. I look forward to moving to Lyons in a month, where I can live in the mountains, and be more isolated. I do not like living in the city -- I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and feel fortunate to be out west now. I like the amenities a big city has to offer, but much prefer making the drive to enjoy those things, in order to live where I can clearly see the big sky and stars at night.
I've been pretty lucky in life so far, with the opportunities given to me, but I also worked my tail off to get where I am today, so I expect my man to do the same. If you're lazy or lack motivation, you are not right for me.
I am looking for a kind, smart man, who is caring, and honest. He needs to have strong goals, and aspirations, and a plan on how to achieve them. Good, steady job. Sense of humor is a must. Adventurous and love for the outdoors is a must. You must also make time for me. My schedule at work is very busy, so when I get time off, I expect effort to be made to spend it with me.
I moved to Colorado a few months ago, from Missoula, MT, and plan on returning to Montana in 5 years. I own a log cabin and a few acres in the Bitterroot Valley, which I refinished myself, and it is a dream come true for me. So in 5 years, I plan on moving back and opening my own business. That has been a life long dream of mine.
So if you're interested in me, just know I'll be leaving in 5 years, so you'd better be willing to move with me. Another thing about me is that I don't fray from the goals I set for myself. I mean what I say, and I say what I do.
Lastly, you need to ride a horse better than I can, and you need to drive a pickup truck larger than mine :)
