Well, I am an Indiana born, midwestern to the core girl who has made her way back to the Hoosier state after living in and experiencing a few other places in the US. I have had the amazing opportunity of living in and experiencing some of the most sought after places in the country, Texas, North Carolina, and Colorado. You might ask, "Why did you come back?" Easy, for me family falls at the top of my priority list and it was time to return to where my roots were. Don't get me wrong, I miss those places, especially Colorado but I am fortunate to have a good friend network that allows me to visit!
In my professional life, I am driven and independent. It's important to me to enjoy my job but it is not my whole life. Outside of work I am much more laid back and passionate about giving back. I was involved in the perfect volunteering organization in Texas, therapeutic horseback riding and have recently started volunteering at a similar organization here in Indy. So for now, my Wednesday nights are spent with the peanuts and ponies! I want someone who also feels the importance of giving back, whatever form that may take on.
I am interested in meeting new people to spend time with, whether it's grabbing dinner, catching a movie/concert or keeping it simple and having a dinner and wine night in while I get reacquainted with the city and state. Indy sure has changed in 8 years, for the better!
