I have plenty of friends but I'm here to expand my horizons. I'm a geek but I'm also very active. I like NPR, This American Life, the New Yorker magazine and New Scientist. High and low culture. Road trips or four star travel. I'm up for new things. Food is good. I don't think our Venn diagram of interests and opinions has to overlap completely; it's nice when someone brings something new to the table. Young at heart and body. I'm a creative professional.
It would be nice to find that chemistry. Maybe young at heart, mind and body. There's no checklist but these would be cool: Smarts, Funny, Curiosity, Kindness. An edge is okay but not required. Outside the box is great. It would be neat if you looked sexy in glasses or converse. Ambition, aim high, but be able to laugh when you fall short. I'm a fan of balance. I liked how Mark Twain described his wife of 34 years in his bio: "...she was both girl and woman. She remained both girl and woman to the last day of her life."
