Have you ever been to Europe? How about Africa? I love life, all of its various cultures, and I’ve been fortunate enough to see a lot of it. I grew up in Europe and speak three languages. As a child, I dreamed of someday making it to the United States and as you may have guessed, I made it! When I was 18, I earned a scholarship to play college basketball in Chicago and off I went. After receiving a degree, I had the chance to go to grad school in Texas and I didn’t turn it down.
I’ve always had that adventurous streak and I never close the door when opportunities arise. After college, I worked in Germany for a while before moving to Kenya to volunteer in microfinance. Kenya itself was nothing like I’ve ever imagined. It was raw, beautiful nature and I was lucky enough to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Kenya while I was there.
I moved to New York two years ago for work and I enjoy every minute of it. Being a newer resident of NY, I’m looking to meet interesting people and take things one day at a time. If you‘re up for an adventure, maybe our roads should cross.
