Even though I have spent time living in London, Shanghai and just about every major city in the U.S., no matter where I go or where I live, people always tell me that I am distinctly Californian in that I am laid-back, friendly, and happy.
I returned to L.A. a few years ago after attending business school on the East Coast to be closer to family and to take a job in finance, specifically in investment banking. In that sense, I still consider myself relatively new to L.A. and feel as if I still have a lot to explore in terms of restaurants, bars or lounges, etc. I'm hoping to meet a partner in crime -- not just to explore the city with but also to accompany me in life.
I would say that I am fairly ambitious, career-oriented, and generally know what I want in life. I'm also fortunately surrounded by great friends who constantly push me to better myself (such as getting online and setting up this profile). Of course, if this does not work, this is all their fault. ;)
In terms of the qualities that I am looking for, so long as you would describe yourself on most days as intelligent and fun, then I'd love to hear from you.
