Me?
I tend to find myself in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine, indulging in dinner with friends, lounging in my pajamas at the park or lake, or hanging at a coffee shop reading something intriguing (perhaps the menu).
I like spending precious moments with my co-pilot Emma...taking her hiking or to the dog store for some canine shopping.
Kickboxing, tennis, hiking, and biking are favorites. I'm not a super athlete who lives only to compete, but simply someone who wants to share beautiful moments in nature with the people and animals in my life. Personally, warmth and sun trump not being able to feel my fingers through my gloves in subzero temperatures!
My curious nature is always up for learning or experiencing new and fun things- like investigating cemeteries/ancient ruins, taking field trips to explore, hot tubbing on snowy nights, or stopping on my way through a small town to catch a street band on the fly.
I can hold my own in a mean streak of video gaming or paintball (ah, the beauty of having two brothers), but can also partake in a serious discussion about society, development, rights, politics, culture, religion, or philosophy. Combining ~4 years of traveling experience (Europe, Australia, Latin America, Canada, in my backyard, etc.) with a graduate degree in social justice, I love meeting others with a global perspective and find shared outlooks and experiences exhilarating.
