Anyone else like redwoods? I’ve been to Sequoia National Park and up to Eureka. Both spots are incredible. I’ve lived in Los Angeles for a while now and it amazes me that people can say that they get bored. LA has beaches, deserts, mountains and forests all within driving distance. I guess if you’re bored you’re not trying. As you may have surmised, I like the outdoors.
I’m also a movie buff. I will try any movie that appears well written but I do have a weakness for horror, fantasy, and scifi. Unfortunately I will sit through any film within these genres no matter how bad. The Scifi channel is my bane; they truly make some bad films. I’ve been making an effort to get to more concerts and the theatre.
As to what I am looking for I have not a clue. Does this make me slow? Possibly. I do still count out my knuckles to figure out how many days there are in a month and though at some point in the past I knew my state capitals that information now eludes me. So yes, I could be slow, but I figure it like this, if I start looking for a type I’m going to miss out on something worthwhile. At the most rudimentary level what I want is this. I want some to enjoy the good stuff with and someone to comfort and be comforted by during the bad stuff.
