So what can I say about myself and the woman I'm looking for . . .
You . . . well; you’re intelligent, ambitious, and comfortable in your own skin and are in a great place in life. You are confident and know who you are and what you want in life although occasionally you need someone to reassure you just how wonderful you really are. You’ve accomplished much in your life but you sometimes wonder how much further you could have gone if only there was someone beside you that you knew would be there if you stumbled. If this is you, then read below and see if I am the man for you!
I'm a bit of an enigma . . . complex but not complicated. I work hard and play hard but enjoy "lazy" time as well. I like to live for the day but plan for the future, a firm believer of "give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime". I'm creative but a bit on the practical side. I enjoy discovering new places and exotic destinations yet I also enjoy staying home and reading. I'm shy and reserved but am the life of the party when I'm around my friends. I've been in a few long-term relationships and although they ended, I have no regrets. I've made mistakes but hope that I have also learned lessons from those mistakes and am ready to try again. I'd love to have children some day but it is not a deal breaker. I know that many women in the age range I am searching have already raised a family and ready to head into a different pahse in their lives. I feel that if you are with the right person, either lifestyle will make for a successful relationship.
I enjoy watching Futurama, and South Park (because I'm a guy and we all have our boyish side) equally as much as I enjoy watching Discovery, BBC, CNBC, HGTV or The History Channel. As I said before, I'm a bit of an enigma but basically I'm just an easy going person who tries not to take life too seriously.
Are we compatible? “I believe that love, or better yet, the most pure and exalted kind of love between a man and a woman, is an utter, absolute, and unqualified wish for the happiness of the other.” (Dalai Lama) If you’re in agreement, then we are off to a good start!
All that being said, I'm simply looking for someone who makes me smile. Not because she tells funny jokes, not because we always do fun activities together, but because the mere thought of her makes me happy. But I guess that's what we are all looking for right?

My office is in downtown LA but I live between West Hills and Simi Valley so if you live anywhere inbetween that area, I consider that "close". :-)
