"I truly get the joke. " What would be a great first date? Preferably to a place not measured by time or distance but rather by the openness of mind, ability to be totally present and willingness to play fullout. I believe in life you win in direct proportion to what you are willing to risk. Chemistry, communication and connection are critical whether it is over a latte, a couple of glasses of wine or dinner. A nice walk with some laughter, seeing the sparkle in your eyes, .....and learning a little bit about how you kiss might be a nice way to end the evening.
Ideally you have a love for, or at least a sincere curiosity about the things I enjoy. (listed above). ...and are able to keep me interested in those things which light you up... ...with an honest appreciation for those things which we may have in common and true respect for those things which make us different. You possess the ability to be independent and the desire to be inter-dependent. Poise, grace and natural beauty set you apart. You enjoy the simply things yet appreciate the finer things. You can find solace in mucking a stall in the morning and pleasure in going out dressed to weave a spell in the evening. As comfortable at the Four Seasons as you are in jeans and one of my shirts on a rainy Saturday morning. It is important that you understand kissing is an art form and never to be taken lightly. I am subject to all the guiles of wit, charm, poise, taste, manners, esthetics and beauty.
I yearn for more fulfillment yet feel complete and happy in this place and time. I think life is ever expanding and is best served with achieving balance of simplicity and complexity; taking on more and requiring less; learning more and realizing I know little. I want and need very little and yet realize THAT is having it all!
I think as I step back from my profile and writings the one thing that hits me is that it is all true and yet I am sooo much more down to earth than it might appear.
