My friends always described me as that happy-go-lucky "deputy character" in movies. Nice. Social. Good looking. Cheery smile. Brash. Comedic. Witty.... and yet: First to die when the alien invasion, drug cartel, and/or ghosts/ghost drug cartels arrive. I don't know if agree with this last part though; I think it's just us being jackasses. However, I am flattered and wear the idea as a badge of courage. I mean, hey, we all know that when that "smiley deputy character" character dies, someone will certainly avenge them. Cus that smiley deputy character is awesome. So - I work in movies, hence the flair for the dramatic. But, it's behind the scenes/camera. Hence the hint of self deprecation. Specifically: making digital images go to and fro with the greatest of ease (not truly easy). I'm currently on an animated film with British voices. This is good as I can perfect my north Londoner accent. Every day I say "Allo' Guv'nuh" at least thrice while listening to Noel Coward. I have a pretty amazing group of friends and family. All of these tremendous people, I assure you, are jackasses in their own right. Regardless of their jackassery, they are all trophies of awesome in my life. [side note: I like to show them off as if they are encased in a grand treasure trove of wonder, forever a spectacle in a mahogany shelving unit I've built with these hands, these carpenter hands.] I'm drawn to womenfolk who are funny, witty, down to earth, and focused. Friendship, respect, and kindness is key to being a decent human being. As Bertrand Russell once said, "The only thing that will redeem mankind is cooperation." I think we can all appreciate the relevance of that now. If a relationship with someone can start there, you've got a full-on dynamic duo a brewin'. Alright, that was cheesy, but you know what I mean. That's right: it's time to sew ornate vigilante costumes and spout one liners while knockin' the heads off assholes. Ya ready? Ok. Let me put on clean undies first*. *of note: my undies are always clean thanks to TIDE (fabreze sport version)
