I figured all the cool kids are doing it, so why not.
I'm young, love traveling, can lose the day people watching and absolutely love cooking! I was born and raised in Monrovia, Liberia and worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Haiti. Needless to say I'm a sucker for developing countries and international cultures. This Fall I will be a Masters of International Development Policy candidate at Duke, just a fancy degree to say "What can I do to help?"
Again, I love traveling so a passport is a huge pre requisite because I try to take advantage of any travel opportunity that comes my way. In the last 3 years I've been to Haiti, South Africa, Brazil, Turkey, Germany, China and Japan. I have my eyes set on India for a new years wedding...I will definitely need a date.
I absolutely love my job and would do it for free everyday of my life. I am an avid tennis player and occasional cyclist but most of all I love gardening. In my spare time I sit with individuals and families working on their budgets and transforming their financial lifestyles. For the record, I'm fiscally responsible but I don't deny myself whatever I want. I was raised an independent daddy's girl- ask me how that works, lol.
My friends are great but my family rocks. I belong to summer but have a weakness for fall. My life is simple so why not share it with a great guy. I am looking for a friend and lover. Someone that can handle a woman with ambition, drive, intensity and a soft spot for humankind but most of all a submissive woman who only wants to raise and honor her man. I'm a good catch and have a lot to offer to a grounded , confident and secure man.
I am a serial monogamist with a great relationship resume and want to lose myself in someone amazing. I answer to God before I answer to any man, so in a way, I'm saving you the trouble- aren't I thoughtful (applause here). I believe in courting and going study, the classics of dating send a constant tingle up my spine. I am a culinary snob and make no excuses about it- I can cook also!
I love a passionate first kiss, the first touch and that first glance. I love little surprises and great conversation but better yet....
