I am a dedicated working mom with two incredible kids - 7 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter. With split custody, I have free time on my hands. I was born and raised in Maryland. I am told that I am kind, thoughtful, hard working, very generous, smart, creative, artistic, fun and easy going. I am shockingly strong for a female. I am a morning person who wakes up happy. I don't not need coffee to get moving and I don't take long to get ready.
I love anything and everything having to do with the water and beaches - boating, kayaking, swimming, crabbing, fishing, scuba, snorkeling and jet skiing. My kids and I scour beaches regularly for colorful sea glass. We have a wish list of prime sea glass beaches to visit around the world. Watching the sun go down on the beach after a long day outside is my favorite!
A few things on my Bucket List: swim with dolphins, do a zip line, observe sharks in an underwater cage, run a 10K (not a big fan of running), go to a professional boxing match, drive a race car, witness a space shuttle launch (not giving up on this one), own a gift shop where I sell my art and other cool stuff, take a glass blowing class, write a children's book, learn to ski and travel to Hawaii, Italy and anywhere else my passport will take me. I want to travel the world, experience the many cultures and create memorable moments.
My biggest fault: Cooking is not my forte. My daughter sincerely tells everyone that I make "the best" toast which cracks me up. I really want to learn and plan to take cooking classes or learn from someone first hand. I have mastered a few dishes though. Baking is another story. Chocolate is my all time favorite and I definitely have a sweet tooth.
I am looking for an honest, caring, intelligent, driven, adventurous, romantic man who values family and friends. A sense of humor and spontaneity are very attractive qualities. I enjoy going to the movies, the theater, museums, antiquing and nice restaurants. Staying home for a quiet romantic evening talking over wine is appealing too. Nothing better than a Cororna while sitting on Pussers dock in downtown Annapolis :)
