I am a reasonably well-established person living here in Newyork. I am grateful for, and enjoy, my career, as well as my independence. I do, however, want to share my life with someone special and have her life become part of mine.
As far as personality goes, I think I'm pretty normal. If I think about specifics, I know that I like to think things through in an intelligent and rational manner, but not overlooking compassion and care for people. I know that, with the right person, I will be very loving and trusting. One more thing I want to add is that I do have a significant sense of humour and think it's important to laugh at various things in life (at the right time and place, of course). There's much more to be said, but I will leave it at this for now :)
What I'm looking for right now is starting a friendship that can hopefully lead to something more meaningful and long-term . My ideal match would be an independent, loyal, intelligent, fun-loving, and laid-back woman who can enjoy both a night out on the town with friends, as well as staying in on a Saturday night with some popcorn and DVD's. A good sense of humor to match mine would be the icing on the cake :)
