Hello! Thanks for looking at my profile. Here's a little bit about me for starters...I am an intelligent, balanced, passionate person who embraces life and all that it has to offer. I try to live in the present and am grateful for what I have. I never thought I'd be back on the dating scene having been in a 19 year relationship but here I am! I believe that everything happens for a reason and that was no longer the path I was supposed to be on...apparently, something bigger and better is out there awaiting me, I just don't know what it is yet! As for my partner in crime, I am ultimately looking for a long-term, committed relationship and therefore am not into serial dating, so if that's not you, then I'm probably not your ideal match! If any of your pictures are with your car, boat or motorcycle or at the gym, we're probably not going to be a good match either because I could care less about how much money you make, how many toys you have or how big your muscles are! I consider myself to be a very laid back person and enjoy the simple things in life. If you're looking for someone who is high maintenance, that's definitely not me! I'm no longer into the bar scene which I suppose is one reason I've resorted to online dating as I've found it's not quite as easy to meet people compared to when I was in my twenties! I love the outdoors, especially hiking, camping, fishing, skiing etc... Having a sense of adventure and a willingness to try new things is essential and spontaneity is definitely a plus! I love to travel, exploring new places and learning about different cultures. I have found that a spur of the moment trip is oftentimes more fun than a well planned vacation. I would say that I have a good sense of humor, am genuine, loyal and trustworthy and would like to find someone with those same qualities. Other qualities that I find desirable are intelligence, being kind to and accepting of others, having a strong character and not being afraid to be your authentic self.
