I'm optimistic about the online dating scene. This is not the first time I've used Match, and I've had both positive and negative experiences. I understand that I'm not alone in having a crazy schedule, with odd hours and other activities that keep me from meeting more people. I feel like I've "been there and done that" with the bar scene, and I'm looking to settle down now. Most of my friends from the area have either moved away or are married/in serious relationships. My friends have not been helpful in trying to "set me up" with other people. I really enjoy and care about my job. I have great co-workers and very rarely get stressed out with work. I'm an only child from a very small family. My parents have been divorced for years, so my friends are my true family and are very important to me. I love Boston and New England in general, it's where I was born and raised. I am very happy where I live and where I work, so now I just need someone to share it all with. I'm looking for someone that is independent like me and that I can become best friends with. I consider myself very low maintenence and very easy to get along and laugh with. A fun night to me can be anything from going out to a nice dinner, bars/clubs, movies, or staying in to watch football and cook. I'd love to do more traveling. In the past few years I have been lucky enough to travel to: Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, St Vincent the Grenadines, Barbados, and Iceland. Driving cross country was also another great experience. I usually spend part of my weekends doing something athletic: gym, golf, tennis, bike riding, running, skiing, etc. I love going to the beach during the summer time, but I'm more of a lake person than an ocean person. Tennis is by far my best and favorite sport. I'm in a flag football, softball, and tennis league and I'm very competitive in all aspects of my life. I'm good at trivia, somewhat of a neat freak, and have really bad seasonal allergies. Other random facts about me: I love NesQuik chocolate milk I'm told I make a really good Chicken Parm I'm a great parallel parker I once served a tennis ball over 100mph I've caught 5 balls at baseball games I've attended I did an internship with the Patriots when I was in Grad School The first thing I do when I get home from work is change into shorts/sweatpants If you'd like to chat more with me, don't be shy, send me an email....
