I may be one of the last few holding on to the thread of thinking that gay men can live productive and fulfilled lives in a monogamous relationship. Ultimately, I really would like to have a partner that is comfortable enough with himself to come to a work party with me (and I with him) and who is comfortable holding hands wherever he wants to, regardless of who is around. I think kids need to see happy gay couples... and I believe it's our responsibility to the next generation of gay kids to give them a world they can grow up free to be themselves.
Being with a social drinker or smoker is OK for me. Hard drinkers or those still wrapped up in the party scene should really only date each other.
I love what I do for work, which is Personal Development Coaching and Sales. I'd love to find someone in either (or both) of those worlds, as we speak a different language and are much more aware of who we are and what we are capable of doing. You don't have to be a financial powerhouse, but you DO have to be 'rich' in every other way.
