I'm a displaced Midwesterner, but love the east coast. Especially VA! Though I can see myself living just about anywhere...I am starting to miss the snow.
About me: I'll throw out some random facts and that might give you a flavor of who I am...after all can you really define yourself in these blurbs? I've been getting used to life with a little pup. As she is my first pet EVER, its taken some getting used to. So, we pal around a lot together these days. I really enjoy golfing, diving, hiking, camping, reading, road trips, and just about anything that is new to me. Except for trying new food. I'm really bad at that. I love history, particularly military history. You'll usually find my TV stuck on the History Channel. I like photography, I have about six cameras and all sorts of lenses but wish I were better. I have a few 'old lady' hobbies [practicing for later] like genealogy and am an active member of my local DAR chapter.
The Ideal: I'm looking for someone who will keep me on my toes and put up a good challenge now and then. A quick wit is always a great characteristic. I appreciate an all around good guy with a strong sense of self. And definitely has to be a family man, at present and for the future. If you think you are him...please drop a note and let's set something up! I'm not looking for an internet pen pal! :)
