To borrow a line from a song “I’m 32 flavors and then some..” – just ask any friend or family member to describe me and you’ll get something different. I think this is what makes me special. I am comfortable in all settings, and with all types of people. I pride myself on my being openminded, family-oriented, a good friend and listener, a hard worker, loyal, self-aware, confident, caring and full of integrity.
I can enjoy a night out at a pub, or at a charity fundraiser. What is most important to me is the company I'm with. I have a passion for travel and have seen a portion of the world, with a lifetime goal to see it all. I'm an extrovert and love being with people, but I also enjoy a quiet day at home, and taking a drive or walk to have some space to reconnect with my own thoughts and feelings.
I don’t really believe in a “perfect match” but do believe in an ideal companion. What I've learned from dating, and online dating especially, is that having common interests is great, common values even better, but it's common experiences and a general flow/chemistry that ultimately makes someone a good partner instead of just a good friend.
I’m looking for someone who is kind, considerate and supportive of my goals and dreams (as I would be of theirs). Someone to share the exciting moments of life, but who is also comfortable with having our individual passions and interests. He MUST have the ability to talk about anything and stay emotionally connected (with a simple daily routine, or the complexities that make life interesting). One of my favorite things is a good conversation during a car ride. Conversations that are so easy that you forget to check the time.
