I'm a single mom of three and I've tried this internet thing before w/ not much success and I struggled with whether or not I wanted to again but like my headline says "why not". Each time I get a little more cautious and definitely learn a little more about the male species. Lol. ;)
Since I'm a mom, my kids come first so liking kids is a must for anyone who I hang out with but I'm not looking to introduce them to someone new right away. I'm just looking for someone who I might enjoy and then who knows.
More personally: I keep in shape and try to keep up my appearance. :o) I love my job and make a good income, I'm always honest and am a great friend and hard worker. I'm ambitious both in my job and my personal life. I'm very close to my family but unfortunately they all live up North so I see them whenever I can. I believe family comes first and "everything happens for reason".
The first and most important thing I would ask from anyone I spend my time with is honesty. Yes honesty. Seems to be a dying trait but still very important to me. ;). I've been lied to so much in the past that at the first sign of it I'm completely turned off for fear of where else it might lead or what else is being lied about. Not that I'm not all about second chances but there's a line I have to draw between that and just being taken advantage of and of course being plain stupid. Let's just say I've learned from experience and I'm not going there again.
I couldn't tell you exactly what I'm looking for but the list of what I'm not looking for is long as I've met plenty of men like that. Lol. Just know that I ultimately want to find a partner for life. I'm a busy girl so that's why I choose to try and meet a decent guy this way. If you're dating lots of girls or just looking for something temporary please move on. If it doesn't work out and we can still be friends I'm great with that but if we don't even have the same goals up front then what's the point? ;).
