I am an independent, silly, quirky woman who is fairly active looking for someone to do life with (my partner in crime). I moved to the Denver area about 1 year ago (February 2012) from Albuquerque and am enjoying exploring all of Denver's hidden gems.
I would like to meet someone that enjoys many of the same things I do and would like to do them together and at the same time has new things to share (even more so considering I'm new to the area!). Someone that understands the need for a girls night (or weekend) every now and then and would also have a boys night out. Someone that would be interested in activities that would involve friends and sometimes just one-on-one.
I participate in a variety of activities to include:
-volleyball, both grass and sand although I prefer sand
-kickball, yes kickball. Don't make fun unless you've tried it. I'm also involved in the social committee for my league.
-hiking and backpacking. I can't wait to explore all of CO!
-rafting or any other activity on the water
-any live sports event - I've been to a couple of Rockies games (as well as many baseball games in other states), Avs hockey, NFL, etc
-scuba diving when visiting exotic places
-traveling, everywhere and anywhere by boat, plane, or car (and sometimes trains!)
-cycling especially when it's for a charity event
-watching movies
-game nights
-musicals and ballets or any live performance
-anything unique
I like to take care of myself and eat well most of the time, but I do have to splurge every now and then (and not deprive myself from dessert!). I am an open book; so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
NOTE:
I hear that a lot of girls say they do a lot of activities and don't. Read - I'm not that girl! I really do participate in all of these activities and am always trying out new stuff.
