So we're clear, I realize this isn't our only option for meeting someone interesting. I would certainly prefer to meet you out and about doing something we both find ourselves enjoying. Wouldn't that be nice. Not sure which makes for the better story, though. So I believe I am bettering my odds...in my search for that special someone to experience life with, and all that it has to offer.
The man I hope to meet likes to spend time together yet also enjoys his time alone, as I do. I'd like you to see the humor in things as well as know when to be serious. Laughter is pretty important in life. You are kind to strangers and passionate about life. I'm looking for someone to love and to be passionate about. I imagine we are out together and from across a crowded room we'll share a loving smile and a knowing glance; the best part is yet to come.
I'm still old fashioned in a lot of ways and appreciate it when a man holds the door open for me. I enjoy being a woman, and am feminine...no apologies. In fact, I kind of prefer that you make the first move here on Match. Don't worry...I'm not bashful.
I come from a large family and my family is important to me. I really do love living in the Bay Area, although I'm a transplant. I'm actually from the southern part of the country, but I’ve had no trouble making many dear friends here. I am outgoing, friendly, and can talk to anyone really.
And now for the apparent obligatory exercise segment of my profile...While I enjoy being outdoors as much as the next gal, the form of exercise I'm most passionate about is Pilates. Whether practicing or instructing, it keeps me in a studio three or more days a week. I guess I could be open to outdoor Pilates, though it would be so limiting. You know, not having all my torture devices on hand. ;-)
I love to travel and would jump at the chance to go almost anywhere. Places I'd like to return: Sidney, Prague, Switzerland...to name a few. I enjoy cooking, eating out, and movies--in or out, dancing (especially when no one's watching), parties, walks/hiking anywhere in nature but ideally around water, and any vacation that includes a secluded beach. And no matter how many sunrises and sunsets I catch, I remain awestruck. What about you?
Let’s see, here are a few more traits I envision when thinking about someone I want to spend time with ... You are honest, respectful, loving, playful, kind, funny, charming, patient, supportive, and an all ‘round good guy. Well, all that with a bit of an edge. You are happy in life, and not too serious. Successful, clever...and you share my belief that dental hygiene is hot. Am I being too specific? Well, one can ask anyway. You respect yourself and others. Romance is high on your list and you believe that smart is sexy!! Oh, and passion. I don't believe that there can be too much in life. Just saying.
And while this may be understood by most, others may need some clarity...if we connect and find that we would like to explore a relationship, be prepared to suspend your "internet shopping." I speak and live my truth and I expect it in return. Did I mention integrity?
