“She is a free spirit.” That is what my family and closest friends would tell you, if you asked them about me. Truth be told, I am me to the fullest; I fit no stereotype, and I kind of like it that way. I would tell you to expect the unexpected, but that may be misleading, because I may do just the opposite of what you would then expect – I am consistent that way. I believe the best things in life aren’t things. Underneath it all, I’m an old-fashioned, good girl; a nice person looking for someone with good intentions – even if they hide it under a sarcastic comment, or two. I love parentheses, five-inch heels, and those crazy patterned pajama bottoms that people walk by and go “who even buys these things?" I believe that everyone deserves a good mixtape. I can get lost in anything: time, a good book, my Rdio account, Wegmans, a mall, the gym, putting on eyeliner, walking on the beach, office hours, writing, cleaning, driving in circles while singing on the top of my lungs. I want to learn, will research anything just to understand it, and will fight you (and win) if I feel strongly about something. I am competitive at the best times, compassionate at the worst. I am a good listener, and an even better problem solver. I smile a lot, sometimes at nothing at all. I like to think that means I am happy, and I hope to meet someone that will add to what I’ve got; not change it, necessarily, but make it better, just by sharing it with me. The man I want to meet? He is not a boy. He will NOT wink; he will write. He is nice, generous, and caring; smart, fun, and up for anything; open-minded, all about equity, compassionate, genuinely cares about people; he likes to read, can rattle off statistics (history, sports, stocks), and has passion for who he is, and what he does. Aside from all of these adjectives, if he has a great smile, nice hands, and a sexy laugh, well, that wouldn’t hurt, either. . .
