I enjoy thinking, feeling, and doing.
My active hobbies include traveling, mountain biking, snowboarding, bboy/breakdancing (carry over from my competitive years), flying small planes, hiking, camping, and then, after all that, sleeping (and flying in my dreams).
Favorite authors include Thoreau and Emerson. I also like, depending on the work, Nietzsche (very entertaining), Rosseau, Charles Darwin (he can be a jerk!), and Plato. I also like but find a bit verbose Aristotle and Kant. More so Kant.
My "downtime" hobbies include symphonic orchestration (new at this), playing the piano, and conversation.
I love animals. I eat Vegan.
I have noted that a lot of women specify what they're looking for with respect to themselves. I am myself, I don't try to be pillar or an entertainer; my spirit is heart and genius. The pecuniary endeavors of life, and there trophies, are meager goals. The validity of civilization to me is not comfort or some ironic cycle of escapist amusement but to acquire the means to leverage our creativity.
I don't watch television--you can't kill time without injuring eternity! I can't remember the last movie I enjoyed watching more than spending two hours of silence on a quiet beach or being lost in imagination star gazing.
